Our Story
Impact Learning Partners was born from a simple question: what happens when two industry veterans stop doing things separately and start building something together?
Björn Vikard and Peter Kidd bring close to six decades of combined experience to the table – Bjorn from aerospace manufacturing and international operations leadership across six countries, Peter from over 20 years in the oil and gas industry, specialising in rig inspections, quality, and safety. Between them, they have seen what works, what fails, and what most organisations never address until it’s too late.
The idea was straightforward: take that combine knowledge and make it accessible to the next generation of industrial leaders. Not as consultants who parachute in and leave, but as partners who build real capability – in safety, in operations , and in the people who run them.

Goals & Mission
At Impact Learning Partners, our mission is simple: to build organisations where safety is non-negotiable, operations run at their best, and leaders are equipped to carry the business forward.
We work across sectors – oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and beyond – delivering practical programmes in safety excellence, lean methods, and leadership development. We don’t teach theory. We transfer knowledge that has been earned in the field, refined through decades of real operational experience, and designed to create lasting change at every level of the organisation.
Our goal is to be the partner that industrious organisations turn to when they are serious about raising standards, and keeping them raised.
